Check out the Perfectly Imperfect Pups of PIPs!

Updated: Apr 3, 2022

PIPs is a group that helps dogs that not everyone would be willing to take right away, the most urgent cases. Their vision was to take in any and all dogs that have medical or special needs but a dog doesn’t have to have special needs to come into the rescue. Their main goal is to help as many dogs as they can.

Each dog goes to a foster home and is given as much love as they need before they go to their furever home.

"Our name says it all, PIPs’ primary focus are medical and special needs dogs that are often overlooked. We call these dogs “PIP-abled” which means perfectly imperfect. A dog that may need a wheelchair, is missing limbs, deaf, blind or in need of some extra love and care – this is our niche."

One of their perfectly imperfect pups is Badger. Here is a little about him.

“Hi I’m Badger! I’m a big boy with a big heart. Humans haven’t always been kind to me but I have learned there are some good ones! I am house and crate trained, walk well on the leash, and play kindly with other dogs. I’d like an active home but once I get my energy out I’m happy to take a nap near my mom. Cats are new to me and they make me a little nervous but I’m not mean to them. I’m more than ready for my perfect forever home.”
