Bobasaur is back for another Spring Fling! This delicious drink truck joined us last year and they were a huge hit with our Spring Fling attendees. As the weather warms up in April, you will definitely want to add this truck to your list of stops at this year's event!


Bobasaur was founded in March 2023 by a husband-and-wife team passionate about boba tea and... you got it, dinosaurs! They are a mobile boba (try saying that five times fast!) tea business based in Raleigh-Durham, NC serving up handmade milk teas, fruit teas, and lemonades, with boba of course!

We are excited that Frios Gourmet Pops will be joining us for their second Spring Fling, as they were a big hit last year!


Frios Gourmet Pops Raleigh isn't just a popsicle company, they are "Happiness Hustlers" on wheels! As a woman and veteran-owned business, Frios is dedicated to serving smiles from their iconic tie-dye van and mobile freezer carts.

Their hand-poured, gourmet pops are crafted with real ingredients to suit every dietary lifestyle, offering delicious gluten-free, vegan, and dye-free options (plus Pup Pops for the four-legged fans!).


Whether they are rolling up in the van or setting up shop under the tent, they bring the flavor, the fun, and the feel-good vibes to every corner of the Triangle.


Frios was started in a garage years ago with the intention to escape the doldrums of life, now they enjoy getting out in the community and spreading joy! What better way to do that than popsicles?


"We continue to try to escape the ordinary monotony by employing humans who try to live magically every day. We call ourselves “Happiness Hustlers” and we are on a mission to deliver moments of happiness that leave a lasting impression."

Hope you're hungry because Will & Pops is back for another Spring Fling! Will & Pops has come to so many Spring Flings that we have lost count and just thinking about it is making us hungry! Will & Pops offer modern comfort food with a twist. Established in 2010, Will & Pops has stood the test of time with their commitment to using fresh, local ingredients and supporting the local food economy; for example, they use only freshly ground beef and locally baked breads.

A proud native of his beloved Bull City, Will grew up on Holloway Street and caught the entrepreneurial bug early on. At the age of four, he and his brother were selling sodas on the street corners of downtown Durham.  Witnessing the challenges of his neighbors, he also

developed a strong commitment to enriching his local community.

 

Ever the entrepreneur, in 2008 Will decided to start a restaurant, and bought a prime space in downtown Hillsborough. Only later did he discover that the space wasn’t eligible for a food license permit. Not to be stopped and inspired by an episode of “The Great Food Truck Race”, he bought a beat-up old van and started selling his signature “modern comfort food with a twist” --grilled cheeses and burgers-- around the Triangle. At the time Will and Pop's was only the second non-Mexican food truck in Durham.

 

Having established a devoted local following, in 2014 Will and Pop's launched their catering service, expanding their menu to include a broad range of modern comfort food creations.


In Spring of 2015, Will & Pops rolled out their new and improved truck which can be found all over the Triangle, from Durham and beyond: including stops at NCSU campus, Morehead Planetarium, Holly Springs, Morrisville, Fuquay Varina, Starlight Meadows in Burlington, Bahama, Bottle Theory in Apex, Cary, Goldston, Butner, Carrboro, and more!

Will and Pop's is a story of entrepreneurial ambition and celebrating local community through food—one delicious "samich" at a time—told on the streets of downtown Durham, North Carolina!
