Will & Pops is another long-time Spring Fling attendee and we are excited to have them back again this year! We're especially fans of grilled cheese and sourdough!

Fortunately for us, Will & Pops will be bringing with them their famous grilled cheese sandwiches, specialty burgers, and fresh cut fries! Will and Pop's is committed to using fresh, local ingredients and supporting the local food economy. They proudly serve NC cheeses, Weaver Street Sourdough, and local meats from King's Red & White.

It's modern comfort food "so good, make ya smack yo' pops!"

Mr. Cheesesteak will make your mouth water!

Mr. Cheesesteak is a repeat Spring Fling food truck and we are excited to have them joining us again this year! We're practically drooling thinking about the garlic parm fries that we have to get every year!

Mr. Cheesesteak is the Triangle's only hand-sliced, Angus beef sandwich food truck! A concept born in Philly, they offer a variety of toppings and cheeses, over steak or chicken, for a delicious experience. Make sure to check out their menu before Spring Fling so you have plenty of time to decide what to get!

Last but not least, GoldenKdog!

We are happy to welcome GoldenKdog to our Spring Fling food truck line up this year! If you missed this featured new food at the 2022 NC State Fair, now's your chance to try it!

If you haven't yet experienced a Korean corndog, get yourself to goldenKdog, stat! These classics of Korean street food are not your typical corndogs, typically made with a beef or chicken sausage, or mozzarella stick (or both), wrapped with yeasted batter, coated with Panko breadcrumbs or petit potato cubes, then deep-fried to golden brown. They are then dusted with sugar and drizzled with your choice of condiments. Combine your dog with some fiery Korean or Firecracker Tots, and you've got one flavor-packed meal.
