Facilitate Rescue Inc is a cat rescue based in Harnett County, North Carolina. With the help of fosters, volunteers and donations, they rescue many cats and kittens each year from the Harnett County Shelter in Lillington, NC. They also take in kittens and cats from the community. Facilitate Rescue is dedicated to saving cats in danger of euthanasia. Each cat that comes into the rescue goes into a foster home where they are socialized and nurtured until ready for their fur-ever home.

Beautiful Together Animal Sanctuary!

Beautiful Together Animal Sanctuary, a group that should be familiar to our Stonehenge customers, is one of the rescues who have their adoptable cats stay in the Cat Shack there! They work with both dogs and cats in need in the Triangle and are currently working on the creation of their sanctuary location in Chapel Hill.

“Beautiful Together Animal Sanctuary is a non-profit that rescues at-risk animals from shelters or inhumane conditions and works to find them loving homes.

As part of our Beautiful Together mission, we also create programs for children in crisis, connecting the vulnerable and the voiceless in purposeful ways that benefit us all.”

Spirit Canine Rescue

Spirit Canine Rescue is a rescue named after the first dog they saved, Spirit. They rescue and rehabilitate dogs of all breeds and the transformations these dogs make are unbelievable! They were founded out of the work from Friends of Alamance County, NC DOGS, a grass-roots organization aimed at improving the plight of dogs in and around Alamance County, NC; Spirit Canine Rescue truly gives each animal a fresh start.

“Our goal is to create a community where healthy animals are not killed in the shelter, and animals are kept safe, healthy and loved in their homes!”
