As the only Triangle Area Food Truck to offer hand sliced Angus Beef Cheesesteaks with your choice of provolone, pimento, American, and Whiz, with all the fixin's, Mr. Cheesesteak steak and chicken Philly sandwiches will be the best you have ever had!

Mr. Cheesesteak Food Truck was established in 2018 with a passion for making Philly Cheesesteaks just right: crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside. Mr. Cheesesteak brings together the sandwich with melted cheese, sizzling Angus beef, and a toasted roll to hold it all together - simple, delicious and always satisfying.

Mr. Cheesesteak's 100% hand sliced Angus beef has people from all over the Triangle raving and asking for more. You can find the truck all over the Triangle including Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Morrisville, Fuquay Varina, Wilson, Warrenton, Garner, and more (and that's just this month!) You can also contact them for catering; from private parties to corporate events, Mr. Cheesesteak brings the cheesesteak to YOU! They will serve up hot, fresh, and flavor-packed sandwiches, including custom orders- vegetarian and allergy friendly options available!

What is on the menu?

Classic & Specialty Cheesesteaks
Angus Beef, Chicken or Veggie; served on an Amoroso roll, with a choice of fresh grilled mushrooms, onions, sweet peppers and/or jalapeño peppers, and a choice of cheeses or kick it up a notch with options like a variety of hot peppers, or pimento cheese with Carolina Gold BBQ to name a few!

Order up some wings with house-made medium or hot sauce, Carolina Gold BBQ, Garlic Parm or Lemon Pepper

Mr. Cheesesteak - get your Philly fix on wheels!

Mr. Cheesesteak (EST 2018) is the only hand-sliced Angus beef cheesesteak food truck in the Triangle! A concept born in Philly, they offer a variety of toppings and cheeses, over steak or chicken, for a delicious experience. They will also be serving up wings and mouthwatering sides like garlic parmesan fries! In addition to the food truck, Mr. Cheesesteak is available for catering.

Will and Pops - Modern comfort food with a twist!

We're excited to say Will and Pop's food truck will be joining us at Spring Fling, bringing with them their famous grilled cheeses sandwiches, specialty burgers, and fresh-cut fries!

Will and Pop's is committed to staying true to their Durham roots through using fresh, local ingredients, and supporting the local food economy. They proudly serve North Carolina-sourced cheeses, Weaver Street Sourdough, and local meats from King's Red & White. They also offer catering services to the Triangle area as of 2014!

Bobasaur Tea - Dinos and drinks!

Are you a fan of dinosaurs? How about boba tea? Well, we are huge fans of both and can't wait for Bobasaur to join us at Spring Fling for the first time this April!

Bobasaur is Raleigh-Durham, NC's very first dinosaur-themed boba tea truck - serving up delicious, refreshing handmade milk teas, fruit teas, lemonades, and a range of boba toppings. This adorable tea truck was founded in 2023 by a husband-and-wife duo with a passion for boba tea, and dinosaurs, of course!

Ms. B's Bake Shop - Spring Fling just got sweeter!

We are thrilled to have Ms. B's Bake Shop join us at Spring Fling again with cupcakes, cookies, and drinks!

Ms. B's passion for baking started at a young age while she watched her family in the kitchen. She began making cakes as a young girl and realized that she wanted them to look a certain way. This motivated her to learn the art of cake decorating through classes and earn two certificates from the Wilton Method of Cake Decorating. Ms. B's Bake Shop has now been a professional business for over sixteen years!

Frios Raleigh - happiness on a stick!

We are thrilled to announce that Frios Raleigh will be joining us at Spring Fling for the first time ever this April. Look for a rainbow tie-dye van and grab a sweet treat for you and your dog!

Frios Raleigh is a veteran-owned and operated business that started in a garage years ago. They started this endeavor to escape the doldrums of life, now they enjoy getting out in the community and spreading joy! What better way to do that than popsicles?

"We continue to try to escape the ordinary monotony by employing humans who try to live magically every day. We call ourselves “Happiness Hustlers” and we are on a mission to deliver moments of happiness that leave a lasting impression."

They will be serving up hand-poured gourmet popsicles that come in a wide variety of flavors. You can find flavors ranging from fruit-based pops (vegan and gluten-free options included) to decadent ice cream pops (some even have cookies or candy frozen inside!). They will also have delicious pup pops for your furry friends at Spring Fling!
