Another one of our amazing COMMUNITY SPONSORS is Tara Lynn & Co Photography! Photographer Tara Lynn is a returning Spring Fling attendee as well so a warm welcome and a huge thanks for the support! We couldn't put on this event without sponsors like you!

Tara Lynn is a mom and journalist who has been photographing pets and their people since 2010. After more than 15 years as a TV news reporter, she traded in early mornings and breaking news for artistic storytelling of dog-loving families and brands. In addition to family and pet photography, she does small business branding sessions and volunteers hundreds of hours every year with animal rescues. She began photographing shelter pets in 2009 and this was the catalyst to her career change.

"Tara Lynn creates vibrant, love-filled photography for dog-loving families and brands, capturing the real, unfiltered moments that make life beautiful. Because if you wait for the ‘perfect time,’ you risk missing the moments that matter most."

Tara Lynn Photography is committed to giving back to her community. Since 2009, she has photographed thousands of shelter pets to help them find forever homes. She has also captured the life-saving efforts of rescue organizations in action, using her images to share the powerful stores and inspire others to get involved. Each year, Tara Lynn Photography donates an average of 3-4 weeks' worth of photography to rescues in the Raleigh, NC, area! Read the full story of her journey and her volunteer work photographing shelter pets on her page: https://taralynnandco.com/giving-back/

Make sure to visit her booth at Spring Fling and if you just can't wait until then, you can get all the details on how to book your session and check out Tara Lynn's work on her website and her socials, Facebook and Instagram!

US Dog Coalition & Rescue Logo Banner

Help us welcome US Dog Coalition back, joining us for their second Spring Fling! Their journey began as tourists, exploring the breathtaking views in Mexico. However, amidst the natural beauty, they couldn't ignore the heartbreaking reality, street dogs were everywhere. Puppies, old dogs, and pregnant dogs struggling to survive without shelter and sustenance.

Moved by compassion, they started feeding these dogs, providing momentary relief, but they knew it was not enough. The dogs would return to their harsh lives on the streets, vulnerable, hungry, and alone.

During one visit to Cascada de Cusarare, they encountered a little dog whose frail body was ravaged by mange and intestinal parasites. He sought nothing more than a moment of respite in the sun's warm embrace. Tourists passed him by, oblivious to his silent plea for help.

Unfortunately, they were unable to rescue him. With no veterinarians around for hours, they had no choice but to leave him behind. This heartbreak was the catalyst for the birth of US Dog Coalition. They solemnly vowed to help as many of these innocent souls as possible.

After establishing 501(c)(3) status and successfully transporting the first dogs from Mexico, the US Dog Coalition team quickly realized that their mission needed a dual approach. Locally, they focused on rescuing dogs from overcrowded shelters and accepting owner surrenders, giving them a chance at a better life. Internationally, they collaborated with rescue partners, extending their support and bringing street dogs from Mexico to their sanctuary.

Today, US Dog Coalition has a dedicated team committed to making a difference in the lives of dogs in need. They are on a mission to provide shelter, care, and love to those who have been forgotten and abandoned on the streets. They believe that, together, we can create a brighter future for these deserving animals.

Duncan, inspiration of Duncan's Legacy

Duncan's Legacy: Spay, Neuter, and Care Program

This program was established with the mission of supporting responsible dog owners facing financial challenges in affording spaying and neutering services. US Dog Coalition understands that these dedicated owners prioritize their pets' well-being and community responsibility, choosing not to abandon their dogs but to seek responsible solutions.

Duncan's Legacy was created in honor of Duncan, whose life was cut short by cancer. Every pet helped through this program is a tribute to him and a step toward a healthier future for pets in need. Learn more here!

Meet Hattie!

"Hattie is a spirited and intelligent two-year-old pup looking for a very special home! Her energy, drive, and enthusiasm make her an excellent candidate for an active family or individual who can continue her training and channel her talents.

While she walks beautifully on leash and enjoys meeting new people, she would thrive best as the only dog in the home, but she does like cats. She loves kids and would make an outstanding companion for someone interested in dog sports or an active lifestyle.

If you’re looking for a loyal, energetic partner to take on new adventures with, Hattie may be your perfect match!"

If you'd like to meet Hattie, please fill out an application on US Dog Coalition's website.

Learn more about her on Petfinder!
