Marianne love of real estate was sparked when several friends asked her advice on staging and selling their own homes. She began investing in her own properties, and later became a full time licensed Real Estate agent. Her love of architecture, coupled with her discerning eye for details and building construction, are the perfect combination for assisting her clients during the buying and selling process. Her genuine concern for her client’s best interests are first and foremost.

Marianne is a pet lover and very passionate about animal welfare! A portion of every commission she makes is donated to an animal charity.

Located in Durham, Joanne only uses Force-Free Training, utilizing positive reinforcement and years of successful experience. Never using punishment, choke/pronged/shock collars, or intimidation, this paw-sitive training will increase the trust and bond you have with your little one! The Dog Lady will teach you how to address problems like leash pulling, separation anxiety, excessive barking, cues, and plain good manners!
